I know this is a beta, and it most likely will improve, but its especially bad in this beta. Lag whilst scrolling through twitter, opening the quicksettings etc.
And just generally, this time around are we going to get proper optimisation for exynos devices? I got this phone before mainly american reviewers said it was super smooth and no lag whatsoever, but even before the beta it has not been a £1150 experience. I don't know if this is an exynos thing, but I very much hope not, because if samsung can't be bothered to optimise their own software to work on their own chip, I'm not that confident that they will continue optimisation once the new more powerful exynos come out. So can we get a guarantee that the frankly subpar experience for most markets when it comes to performance and battery life will get worked on in this update and future ones, and we won't get left as an experiment for exynos?
