When (although not always) I use the back button the recent open app is blank

Mine's not doing that, on a UK S21U beta 2. Maybe you need to wipe the cache partition or factory reset.

As I said, it does not happen all the time and has only appeared since I install beta

Only issue I've had with the back bottom is I sometimes have to press it twice to get back to the home screen off the screen I'm on, even it's it's just the app drawer

If the issue persists, please report it via the Samsung Members application so that our developers can analyze it. Do not forget to attach the image of the issue and log files right after the problem occurs 😊.
