Now Bar Missing

I have the Now Bar turned on in settings but it's not showing up on the lock screen or anywhere, any ideas?

I've tried everything but I've never seen it anytime

If I run youtube, then one press side button, the screen goes off. Next, double tap ob the black screen, it returns with the bar with youtub

Same here, it used to appear, and after i changed my wallpaper it's gone, only appears with charging and playing music.

Me too i have the same problem even though I turn it on it doesn't appear on lock screen
