Notifications not showing

I have noticed that the notifications doesn't show during WhatsApp call i have to open WhatsApp to hang up in one ui 5.1 it was showing in the notifications 

This issue is not on whatsapp call only I have also noticed on other apps even though that show notifications for the app is turned on

Thanks for reporting! Have you tried performing wipe cache partition? If the issue still persists - please send error report through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look 🔎
