Thank you for reporting this issue. Please also send an error report through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look at what may be the cause.
In the meantime, here are a few tips that may help:
- Make sure Do Not Disturb mode is disabled
- Double-check the Sound and Vibration settings
- Test if the issue persists in Safe Mode to rule out third-party apps interfering
