Hy, i want to ask about Samsung galaxy a15 4g. Does it support mobile data connection on both sim slots?

I have a unit in which only mobile data is working on only sim 1. It shows 4g sign on sim 1. But when I switched to sim 2, no 4g sign come and mobile data don't work.

The Samsung Galaxy A15 4G supports dual SIM, but only one SIM slot can be used for mobile data at a time.

It may either be the network, the sim or the sim slot. Try swapping the sims and see if you get the same?

It supports connection from 1 sim at a time. If you go settings > Connections > sim manager > select sim 2 and choose mobile data SIM 2.
