Need Galaxy watch 8 to access Samsung health features?!

I've noticed ( vascular load - and - antioxidant index ) options on Samsung health but when I go to use them it says ( you need a galaxy watch 8 or newer to use this feature) the watch 8 isnt even out yet, how is this possible? Do they mean one UI 8??

Hey! Don't worry. You don't exclusively need a watch 8. Those features will release on the Watch 7 and Watch Ultra in One UI 8 Watch

They either mean one ui 8 or it's a sorta placeholder till the feature is ready.

As brooklin said, the samsung news site does mention the watch 7 and ultra will get them too. I think the watch 7 might miss 1 feature but the ultra will get them all. According to samsung anyway
