Hi @Bailz yes you can withdraw from the Beta programme by going to Settings-One UI Beta programme Status-Withdraw. However to actually revert to the previous software you need to connect your Device to Smart Switch on a computer and select the Downgrade option, advisable to back up Files beforehand. However please be aware that some customers reported that the downgrade option was not available for them.
