Hello, bug with buds 3 pro

I called Samsung due to me having problems with the buds, sometimes (most the time) one ear will connect before the other when I play and pause music sometimes the audio will go up when I don't touch or use voice activation... And finally when I close the case I get a drop down saying "buds charging has been stopped" was just wondering if it could maybe be the beta program

hold the button on the case with the buds back in and put them back in and it will sort it
