Do not disturb exclusion list resets

I keep having to re-add a few contacts to the "allowed when do not disturb" call list. I'm not sure when it resets but it's like every other day or so. Not 100% sure if it's after a reboot but definitely after an update

Anyone else noticed this?

Please, report this issue via the Samsung Members app attaching log files, so that our developers can have a look into the problem .

I have just reported this issue in the Samsung Members app.
I'm having the exact same problem.
It happens sometimes after some days, but at other times after some weeks that the list of people I have added to the "Calls and messages" list (under "Allowed during Do not disturb") vanishes at random times. When it happens all the contacts I had previously added are gone from that list.

Here about 4 months later I still haven't received any updates from Samsung besides the initial "thanks for letting us know" response which was finished by saying "we'll update you as soon as we know more".

I wonder what has happened and what the actual status is...

I think it may be time to move to the Google Pixel.

I've tried resolving this with Samsung 3 different times now, zero luck. Each time, they act like it's resovled.

I did get a similar response back on the 14th of February 2025 were Samsung wrote:

We've identified the issue causing the problem from the backend. Please update your settings as follows:
Go to Settings > Software Update.
Solution:

We have submitted a fix for the issue from the backend. Kindly update your settings as follows:
Go to Settings > Software Update.
Thank you.

,  however their fix (if they made one?) did neither work on android v. 14 nor did it work on the latest android v. 15 / one ui v. 7.0.

So I am very disappointed with their way of handling the problem.
It does also not seem possible to respond back and tell them that the "fix" does not work. 😞
