Dead Pixels

Unfortunately I've had some dead pixels come up on my screen 😞 I'm just wondering is my warranty still covered even though I am on the OneUI 5 beta?

Yes it will be as it's an hardware failure & not software related, plus Beta is an official Samsung programme.

Ouch, this looks *****. Go to a Samsung store if you can and ask them, I've heard someone had dead pixels (well more burned in pixels) and had their ls replaced.

Was this covered under warranty or didnyou have to pay, as I have dead pixels appear in pretty much the same place

Yes managed to get it all fixed under warranty..had WeFix come out and repair it, once booked via Samsung. Great service!
