Cannot test new customisation features!

Since downloading the beta software I've been consistently trying to test the new customisation features but have been unable to do so. Whenever I try to edit my wallpaper none of the new options apper in the bottom of the screen like it does for many others,instead it's just blank.

Any fix?

My samsung galaxy watch ultra not pairing it say connection fail after getting ready to connect it say 86 t0 90 per cent then fail

Try all the different ways to change the wallpaper and see if you have the same issue in all methods.

1) Hold down on lock screen and then click on top left to change wallpaper.

2) Go into gallery, find a wallpaper and then set as wallpaper.

3) Settings-Wallpaper & Style.

Do all those methods still have no options on the bottom?

I say this because I had a similar issue with no option on the bottom but then by using a different method all options were available. Problem is I can't exactly remember which was which. Furthermore, for some weird reason, it's fully working....all the above methods now show me the options on the bottom. Might be worth to clear cache via Recovery mode.

Is it a brand new watch and you're trying to pair it for the first time? (I'm assuming it is)
Are you running One UI 8.5 beta?

Please report the issue through the Samsung Members app and attach the log files so our developers can analyze it .
