Do you have the newest Beta version installed? I understand that it may be annoying - However, I recommend reporting this issue via the 'Feedback' option in the Samsung Members app again if you are on the newest Beta version and ensure that you attach log files for further investigation. This will help our team address the problem more effectively. Before doing that you may also try performing wipe cache partition if you haven't already
