Camera audio cuts?

Hello,

Wondering if anyone can help me verify an issue, when recording a video with the main camera then flipping it during recording to the selfie camera seems to cut out the audio in between flipping, can anyone try this out to see if it is an inherent issue with OneUi or if its just my device please & report back here.

Good way to test, record a video and count to 20 moderately quick, then during so flip the camera to selfie, play the video back and see if the audio cut out and skipped.

Note:- this only happens on stock camera app

I think any switch in source cuts the audio.

Best to use Director mode if you want both yourself in the shot.

Doesn't happen on video calls with WhatsApp & Google Meet, also doesn't happen on social media such as Snapchat, only happens in the stock camera app.

Directors Mode is useful but I dont want my face on the video for the entirety, just to flip round for reactions etc.

Hopefully Samsung can find a fix.

I can confirm that this issue appears on my device as well.  Please also send an error report through Samsung Members app
