Bluetooth - Put On Hold - No sound in the Hearing aid

I am using some Hearing aid with bluetooth.
It worked well until now. I had some sound in the Hearing aid  for phone an music.

I started first with the other person Put on hold.
Suddenly, it stopped working for the phone.
I do not have any sound anymore in the Hearing aid (only for the phone), it works for the media.

I paired the hearing Aid several times, reset the network parameter, nothing is working.
The phone is only 2 month old. Any idea ?
