Beta not downloading - stuck on One UI 8.0

I enrolled to the BETA 2 days ago and when I check for updates I am still on One UI 8.0 - S938BXXS7BYKS.

I have an unlocked S25 Ultra bought direct from Samsung - SM-S938B/DS.

A few others have reported the same issue and seem to get wishy washy answers about network locked devices.

Please can somebody from Samsung provide a definitive answer. It seems the issue is at the Samsung server side to provision this device (IMEI or Serial Number) for the BETA

I don't think Samsung monitor these posts, they're just here to let off steam.

if eligible just needs to hope it becomes available, I posted  some Troubleshooting on this thread but may not necessarily work. some tried withdrawing and registering again but did not seem to fix it.   whilst some have issues a number were able to download straight away. https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/question/how-to-download-the-beta/td-p/13817608

There were a limited amount of slots available all full now, you'll need to wait for the 2nd beta for more slots to open

We have inquired our developers about this issue. According to them, if you currently have the BYKS software version, you will receive the access to Beta when the second Beta binary is released. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
