Beta end?

Is the beta likely to end in time to pre order and trade in against new ultra?

I can't trade mine in until it's on stable software, hoping its very soon?

I've got a trade-in on my s24 ultra, which is on the Beta program, for the s25 ultra. Which I've been told by Samsung that one can due that. When I rang them a few days ago.

Of course you can trade...it's nothing to do with the software as you'll need to reset your phone anyways which will take the phone back to one UI 6.1

Factory reset will not downgrade the OS version, it will be reset to a fresh OneUI 7. But like others have said, you're trading your hardware, unless your phone was rooted for example, it won't matter which version you're on. The beta is also like to end early February.
