Whilst it may be Beta related seem to be increasing issues after July update , not universal though.
You could try the following:
Is there any thing significant showing in your Battery stats? Having Location Always on does drain more Battery though this is not usually a particular issue on a flagship. There will be an impact if you have a poor signal on Data. ensure apps which are not used regularly are put in sleep Mode.
ensure all apps up to Date, optimise in Device care and run the Galaxy Apps Booster from the Good Guardians suite.
Sometimes resetting the Battery stats help. You need to turn Auto Blocker off for the reset, in the samsung phone app type *#9900# and scroll down to Battery stats Reset. Tap on that and restart your phone, you may wish to turn on Auto Blocker afterwards. credits to , @lminvti @Piper123 and @Moiramon who have also mentioned this in the past.
Devices do heat up when syncing, downloading large amounts of data, using power intensive apps for instance. After updates will be more resources used but should not last too long. Advisable to let the phone cool down if excessive, I would say though only only really a concern if temperature exceeds 43 C.
otherwise send an Error Report.

Please send an error report through the Samsung Members app so the team can investigate what may be causing the increased temperature.
