Has anyone else been having issues specifically with instagram? Ive been having so many issues from the app not opening, stories not loading or just a black screen, unable to post or upload a reel. Ive tried clearing the cache and force stopping the app. Unable to uninstall as its already programmed to the phone.

You can also uninstall the updates for Instagram and, then, updating it again from the Play Store.

In this situation, the best solution is to report the issue through the Samsung Members app and include device logs.

It’s important to submit the report immediately after the issue occurs (for example, when Instagram shows a black screen), so the logs capture accurate data from the moment the problem happens.

This greatly helps with proper analysis and can speed up fixes in upcoming beta updates .

Instagram has always had these issues on my device, even on stable software - pretty sure it is a thing for Meta to sort
