When you scan phone in Device care the percentage scanned in numbers increases but the progress bar does not move across the screen.
I reported this whilst beta testing UI7 and it has never been fixed. This is a Samsung app. WTF. 

Reported again as beta feedback.

Thanks for reporting! I understand that you have already reported this issue during One UI 7 Beta, but please send an error report again through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look at what may be the cause 😊

Mine just has bar moving back and forth, then fills it in when finished.

Just updated to official release of UI8 and it's still same.
I am running in simple mode using big text which may explain the difference between our findings.
Also I have all animations switched off.
