Interesting @Juli3n.
That would be a longstanding bug in the Members app version of the Community that we thought had been completely fixed, but apparently it’s still there in the Beta Community.
To explain:
Certain keywords automatically generate a clone of a user's post in a separate moderator-only area for us moderators to review and take any action needed. We reply to that cloned post to let the rest of the team know that we’ve reviewed it and what, if any, action/intervention from us is needed in that instance. The flagged keyword doesn’t necessarily need to be in your actual post, it can be in the topic title.
On the web browser version of Community you guys don’t see any of that – it’s all invisible in the background, which is as it should be. But on the Members app version it’s been known to read it as and generate a notification of a reply to one of your posts, which then also confusingly says it’s been deleted when you try to click on it because it’s in area you can’t access.
Really thought we’d seen the end of this one. Apologies if it spooked anyone.
