Anyone managed to watch anything via the Amazon Prime Video app? Mind crashes when you select any program to watch.

Have you tried clearing the data and cache for the app and trying it again?

Yes, cleared cache and data. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It just seems to crash and then reload to no avail.

You can also check if there are any updates of the Amazon Prime Video app available .

If the situation won't improve, please report this issue via the Samsung Members application so that our developers can have a look into it 😉.

Try clearing the data and cache of the app. See if that makes any difference

Prime Video work's fine, it seems to work much better than before. I now seem to have a perfect picture & sound where the picture used to jerk & the sound
would go up & down or not be in
sync with the pictures.
