After the Galaxy S23 Ultra updated to One UI 8.5, the arrival of a new document scanner integrated into the camera app was announced.
However, despite being announced, the feature is NOT AVAILABLE, and instead, the old document scanner is used, which is CLEARLY INFERIOR.
Once again, this DELIBERATE OMISSION is an OUTRAGE against the consumer, depriving users of a key feature promised with One UI 8.5. This feature is being cut with the clear intention of planned obsolescence, leaving a perfectly capable device out of the equation.
Is this a mistake, or is it intentional?
Will it arrive later, or will S23 users suffer yet another injustice from Samsung?
