stuck in recovery booting mode Samsung galaxy s4

hi, I have a Samsung galaxy s4. when i start my phone, I see in the top left corner "recovery booting" then I see the android logo with the following text: "No command"after that I see the menu for Android system recovery. I have tried a factory reset and putting the battery out and in my phone but it keeps starting up in the recovery booting mode. what to do now?

Have you ever installed any other software on the phone, so a root?

Ik denk dat het flashgeheugen hiervan defect is, je kunt nog 1 ding proberen en dat is hem aan de PC hangen en met Smart Switch of Samsung Kies je toestel opnieuw installeren.

hoi.

ik ben naar een telefoonwinkel geweest. de bovenste volume knop was defect en was ingedrukt. daardoor startte hij altijd op in recovery booting methode
