I received my galaxy z fold 2 5g yesterday, which I ordered through samsung nl website. Hoping to move from iPhone 11 to Z Fold 2. I currently have Tmobile esim connection on my iPhone. Now, the problem is; there is no sim card manager in the settings menu in Z Fold 2. The box has 2 IMEI numbers listed, so I'm assuming this is dual SIM, but there is no option for esim. This is also reported in some other forums (outside of NL) with varied responses from samsung customer care. I called the so-called "premier service" this morning and they told me it's not available on this device, which i fail to believe. Their reasoning is that the provider has not allowed Samsung for esim. I know some other Samsung phones do support esim and tmobile nl also lists samsung phones as supported esim devices. The problem really is that sim card manager is missing from the settings menu and now Samsung can come up with all sorts of strange reasons for why it's not there. Anyone else going crazy about this?

As always, Samsung is releasing updates in "batches" (staged roll-out).
At this moment, the update has been rolled-out in these countries:
Kazakhstan, Czech Republic, Hungary, France, Italy, Switzerland, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Baltic, Ukraine, Belgium/Luxembourg
Before an update is released, it's first on a "testing process" with the local carriers.
