My Samsung galaxy s7 phone switched off suddenly today, while I was not working with it. It did not turn on. The battery was fully charged. I asked for a pickup service but I don't have my purchase receipt, because I had bought it in another country and I move to the Netherlands and I didn't bring my cellphone purchase receipt. What can I do now?
and do you have any idea about my phone problem?

Hi @Sadaf,
Did you try charging with another cable already? If nothing happens, try holding the volume - and the power button.
If that doesn't help, try holding the volume +, the power and the homebutton until you reach the recovery mode.
In the worst case, you have to visit a service location or use our pick-up service. Without receipt or invoice, you wil be charged for the repair, also when the device is out of warranty.

@Rohit little note for you we can repair all the devices that are sold in Europe region. is possible that the parts that are necessary for the repair needs to be ordered because some countries have different parts.
