Hi,
Recently I've noticed that one of the lenses of my S21 Ultra had moisture behind it. Weird, because even though I bring my phone along in the shower it does have an IP68 rating and this has never been an issue before.
Anyway, later that day I held it under tap water and that's when I knew that my phone was waterproof no more.
It's been two days now and it won't turn on, I tried charging it both wired and wirelessly, so surely the battery holds some power.
Does anyone know what I can do with my phone now regarding 2 year factory warrenty and whether I'll have a chance of getting a replacement device?

Goodmorning @hotdogbrah ,
The only option is to send it in for repair > https://bit.ly/2jwV3SJ You will have to take care of a replacement device yourself unfortunately, you can buy a cheap nokia for 20 euro in most phone shops.
