Unable to update apps after upgrading to one ui 4 with android 12

After upgrading to one ui 4 with android 12, i am not able to update existing apps. I am able to install new apps though. I have tried clearing cache and data of Google play and google play services. It did not help.

Hello,

Please send a error report through the Samsung Members app > Support > Error Reports.

You could try a factory reset for these problems.

Thank you. Factory reset does not seem right to me as I would loose files that are not backed up. Could not find official solution from Samsung yet.

Factory reset did not solve the problem

Hi @Sambit, good afternoon.

 

After you've reset your phone did you als placed a back-up on your phone? When you reset your phone to the factory settings first make a back-up, but install your apps one-by-one from a clean install directly from the Play Store.

We also have an option for support on distance. Look at our website for more information: Hulp op Afstand | Samsung

Thank you for your response. When a new install don't resolve this for you, you can make an appointment for Support by Distance. 

 

To find out whether this can be solved with an update from us, it is best to submit an error report by the Samsung Members app. My colleagues from the R&D department also receive a log from your telephone and get a idea of this issue. When this can be solved with an update, this will also be rolled out as soon as possible. You can submit an error report by our Samsung Members app. Open the Samsung Members app and choose Support, then scroll down a bit and see Error reports.
