Hi @DrBlueXD ,

I have no idea what a Tv:au340070 is.
If it concerns a Samsung TV, please provide the correct Model Code.
This is in the black outlined box on the sticker on the back of the TV..

Good morning @DrBlueXD 

This is not a Benelux model, but a modified foreign TV (Hungarian model).
The Benelux Model Code probably does not end with XXN but with XXH (UE43AU9072UXXH).
See the sticker on the back of the TV. A gray import TV -> Gray import 
Do you live in the Netherlands and where and when was this TV purchased?
If you live outside the Netherlands, then it is not a gray import TV.
I assume you mean Screen Mirroring. Which app are you using on your S20?

Its the hungarian version. So i bought it on bol.com. its a online shop in the Netherlands
Im using screen mirroring.

Thanks for the information. The supplier was probably TV-Online.
The photo you sent earlier looks bad. What is the origin of the photo?
Does this happen with all photos? Do you use SmartThings for mirroring?
Would you like to reset the TV? At Settings→General→Reset..

Sorry for the delay, i already did a reset and i'm using smartThings yes.
This happend on all my devices so i dont know whats happening.
And the supplier is tvonline
It happens when i want to cast my phone
What u see on the foto is my wallpaper
