You were able to install the update for the S21 FE a while ago (One Ui 6 for the S21 FE).

Have you already looked at Settings > Software update?

Same problem here S21 Ultra USA Snapdragon 888 version. still no Android 14 One UI 6... i need the update asap. the Android 13 One UI 5.1 update ruined my phone battery... i live in The Netherlands but phone is from the USA...

It depens on your region and device when you'll receive an update. If it's still not happening after you've checked in Settings, you can stop by at one of our Service Centers: https://bit.ly/2CKz9mr. They can personally check everything for you.
