problem with installing software update on my phone

Hello, my phone's screen is broken and not usable at all, so I am using this app on my laptop. I cannot install the new software update, I downloaded it, but when I click install... it does not do anything.

When your screen is broken you have 2 options.

I already have a new phone, but the broken one is much faster and I am using the DeX app on my laptop as a screen for it and the repear costs like 250 euros which is a lot for me, I did somehow manage to blindly click the install button without being connected with my laptop, so my problem has been accidentally fixed lol
