@CharlesBakker is it when selecting a ringtone or when you're called?

When it's while selecting you have to switch off play selected highlights.

What app do you use? Maybe you need to reinstall it or forgot to update the Android system? I've had such an issue when I was prohibited to download and install the newest Android update. Don't really understand what was the reason behind it, but after I installed this update everything went fine. And I was really happy because I've recently found at rabbit-mp3.com a lot of good music and wanted to listen to them a lot. I thought the issue won't be solved that easily, but thank God my pessimism was wrong in this case.

Remove the track and add it again, but uncheck the option top play "highligt".
