Galaxy Notes???

Hello. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20+ and I will probably buy an iPhone. Here is why.

- Samsung Notes are a bad product. They are not convenient. They are slow. It overall feels a a second priority app in the Samsung ecosystem. Tags are not available. Online access to Notes is not available. It is an unsatisfactory brainstorming tool.

- Desktop Samsung Notes work only... on Samsung laptops. After years of being available on a normal Samsung laptop! This is a stupid and terrible mistake by Samsung. Firstly, your competitor is not Windows, but Apple. It is not by barring your users from using Samsung Notes on a Windows laptop that you would keep users tied to your smartphones...

I strongly encourage Samsung to improve the Notes as quickly as possible otherwise you will lose customers.

I think they don't care. All of their apps would work perfectly on non galaxy laptops. They just add a check if it's a galaxy laptop or not. If not they just refuse to work.
There are scripts to bypass that check but it doesn't work for all of them.
