I have an S20, galaxy buds+, and a bluetooth speaker in my home.

I normally use my buds+, but sometimes I like to listen to music through the bluetooth speakers by making a quick simple "media output" change on my phone. There is only 1 problem with this:

The moment the bluetooth speakers pair with my phone (because I enter my home for example or just get near them again) they take over the audio output of my phone while I didn't want that to happen.

Please make it possible that in the One UI bluetooth settings of my speakers, I can turn off a new setting "automatically take over audio output once paired" so when I get close to my bluetooth speakers, they do not take over my phone speakers or cut off the audio coming out of my galaxy buds+.

I simply want to select my speakers through "Media Output" in the notification center myself when I want to. I do not want my speakers to take over automatically. I'm fine if my buds do that if I take them out of their case, but not my speakers.

Please make this setting possible Samsung!

Hi @Navin_ds, good afternoon.

What kind of speaker do you use? When you're connected with the Bluetooth speaker you can adjust the settings of the bluetooth connection and adjust this to audio, so the speaker only plays music.

Kind regards,

Martijn
