Display(location) of the screen is too high

My samsung galaxy 9 two days ago randomly pushed every thing that is om my screen a few pixels up.

I tried reseting and safe mode but nothing put the things on my screen back down. Does anyone know what happend and how i fix it?Look at the time and the wifi it is not completly on the screen

There is no screen displayed the bottom few pixels of the screen (look at the right corner the end of the screen and what is displayed does not line up)
