Discoloration framework Galaxy S21 with Otterbox Cover

I have a samsung s21 ultra but the side show allot of discoloration you think it has something to do with allot of use but the Phone has bin in a case from otterbox so that cant be the case lol.

Any 1 has the same probleem?

Are you using a third party case?

If you are thats probably the cause of the discoloration.

ye a Otterbox Symmetry Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Back Cover.
use the same case with my s9 and s10 never had any problems

Fun part is samsung always blame something els then there on products lol

Well the damage on the phone is user damage, you cant blame Samsung for that. If you used a third party case and this caused heat damage on the phone itself than thats not Samsungs fault.

Its also not Samsung blaming you, its me😉

But in this case if you send it in for repair and you used a third party case they will blame it on that. It will be called user damage.
