Galaxy Note 4 downloading mode

Hi There!

my samsung phone has been turned off, whenever i turn this on it shows me screen with a small buddy saying downloading Do not turn off the target or it says that installing system update but in this after 3 minutes it gives me a screen with several options like

1. reboot now

2. reboot by reloader

3. apply update by abs 

4. apply update by sd card

5. wipe the data/factory reset

6. wipe cache partition

7. mount system 

8. power off

these are the options my phone is giving me.

i cannot reset my phone i have used all such options except the factory reset because i have important files in it, my exams stuff so i cannot do this. please give me a favour. its very nice of you

Thank you for your query. If you still have this issue, power off your phone and try to turn it on again.
