XCover 7 Unable to remove unusable esim card

Hello

I just tried using an esim from BNESIM. However it did not work and now I am unable to even remove/deactivate/switch the esim profile. I get the message that no connection to the SIM can be made.

I tried network reset for the esim so far which did not help in the end.

Maybe someone else has an idea?

Id suggest reaching out to samsung directly for this. As it should be as simple as removing as normal in connections
