Since upgrading to the s7 I'm trying to find where the hands free is as it seems to be left off this model. 😢

My old s4 had the choice to put it on whilst driving. Why has it been removed for the settings list now?

Does anyone know how I can add it??🤔

1. Open the Galaxy App Store on your Galaxy Samsung Galaxy S7
2. Search within the menu-bar for "Car Mode". It appears the app "Car Mode (For Galaxy)“
3. Tap on "install "and the Car mode will now be installed on your Samsung Galaxy S7.
Then you will find this new app within the app-menu, and can be opened from there.

The Car Mode supports for example, Mirror link to Volkswagen vehicles. Thus, the Samsung Galaxy S7 display is transmitted to the display of the vehicle and therefore the auto mode on the Samsung Galaxy S7 is even more efficient.

Car Mode and Hands-free Mode are two different and unrelated settings.

Car Mode decreases size of screen for easier one-hand operation as when driving.

Hands-free Mode is a voice that tells you the name of the person who has just texted you rather than a chime or some other sound; this feature will also tell you the name of a caller. This feature only can name a texting party or phone caller if they are on your contact list. It is no longer available on S7 or 9. Do not know when this excellent feature was removed but it certainly made the SIII a better phone than any that do not provide the same option.
