Don't try to charge or turn on for a few days.
Leave the phone in a warm place like an airing cupboard.
Remove the sim card and leave the sim card tray out.
Any damage can be determined by what was in the liquid.
A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone however it wouldn't be a free assessment / repair die to the terms of the Samsung 2 Year Manufacturers Warranty.
