Samsung XCover Pro

we have a large estate of Samsung XCover Pros that have started to offer their date and time after changing the battery or running out of power.
After removing the battery on the phone and placing it back the device it comes online with the default time.
The default time is based on the security patch on the phone. it can not get its time from the network because it cant connect to the 802.1x network. Also, setting manual time sets its time to the default after removing battery.
Samsung Knox is configured to set the time as per a NTP server but as the phone can not connect to the wifi network due to time and date wrong the policy is not applied.
does anyone have any idea? Thanks

If your phones have access to the public internet via 4G, 5G or WiFi try setting the NTP server to a public NTP server e.g. uk.pool.ntp.org
