hi all
I've had my galaxy s8 a couple of weeks now and tried to 'scan an item' on Tesco's shopping order but a pop up said I had to 'reset something' on my phone and wouldn't let me scan....
I tried scanning again to see if the pop-up happened again as I'd forgotten what I had to change/turn off/on or where to find it
Could someone please give me a reply with not only what I need to change etc but where I can do it.
(I'm a 'silver-surfer without the grey hair..) so need 'step-by step instructions'

When scanning the item are you using a specific app?
When you scan another item do you recieve the same error message? Can you let us know what this message say?
