Saving settings

 My phone is faulty and needs replacing, is there a way of uploading all of my phone settings, passwords, apps etc. so that I can download it straight to a replacement phone? I have so much stuff on my faulty phone that it's gonna be a pain to start over again .

Hi what is the problem with the phone? the best way is to do a full backup via the Samsun kie's software which can be downloaded here http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/ this will do what you are asking for. Hope that helps if you need anymore help please do ask.
