Other SmartphonesI have not even had my Samsung s8 for a year but two months ago it started to reset itself. This happens several times a day when im on the phone talking or useing it. I have googled this and it seems that im not the only one who is having issues with my Samsung s8 restarting itself. However i completely love this phone and hope Samsung can fix this problem as I have been advised by Samsung supoort to take it into the samsung support store. I don' want another phone as for me this is better then any other competetour out there. So is anyone else having the same problem with their S8?

Other SmartphonesThis could be a rogue app or alternative launcher causing issues.
Put the phone in Safe Mode which will turn off all the downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones alone which can then help you determine if its a rogue app.
Sometimes a back up and factory reset can help.
Failing that a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre location can run a diagnostic on the phone.

Other SmartphonesCommon problem. Usual troubleshooting may not fix it. This is a Samsung problem they need to own up to a fix.
