Your question doesnt make sense. I assume your question is whether samsung is better than iphone cameras.
For these kind of questions... youtube is your friend. There are lots of comparisons around between cameras. Far more than can be summarised in a few sentences.
Also, as this is a Samsung community then you will hear the opinion of mostly samsung users. So I am sure most of us would say samsung.
For impartial reviews... then best to see the reviews on youtube. However I say 'impartial' but many reviewers still have their own favourite brand. Some prefer apple. Some prefer samsung. Some prefer the Chinese manufacturers.
