Hi,i have samsung s7 edge,everytime when i open S health it say it cant open on a rooted phone what shoud i do.

Is your phone definitely not rooted @Thabodam ?

 

You can check by downloading the phoneinfo app from Playstore and checking from that app.

 

If it isn't showing in the general tab at Knox Warranty void as 0x0 then it's not rooted.

 

In that case try closing the app in your multi task tray if its showing there and then soft reboot the phone by turning it Off and On. 

 

Ensure no updates are pending.

 

If that does not remedy the issue then try going into Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Storage > Clear data and Cache.

 

If that does not help then uninstall the app and remove it from your my apps in your playstore and then download a fresh copy

Its drfinately not rooted even the samsung pass and the biometrics gives me the same problem,

I did try those options it say "because of a new security policy.samsung health cant be open on a rooted device (0x110010null5f3130)

Ok then as nothing is working the next step would be to try Samsung customer service to see if they can remote access the engine to help and or use a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.
