Since having my cashback claim verified by Samsung on 26th December 2020 I have been unable to obtain the refund despite two e-mails to Samsung. Is anyone experiencing this problem or is it just me? This lack of action by Samsung will obviously be a consideration when I next buy a mobile phone!

My cashback was validated on 16/12/2020. I received an email after 30 days saying there will be a delay but I am now starting to believe that we will never be paid.
I find it difficult to believe that a company such as Samsung is going under but you never know. With modern computer systems my payment was passed to be paid mid-December last year so perhaps they don’t have the cash to pay us!

Thanks for the information. This morning I sent an email to Mr Moon Soo Kim the UK President of Samsung. Address is uk.president@samsung.co.uk. Soon afterwards whilst not receiving a reply from him I did get an e-mail advising me that the cashback had been paid. Coincidence or what!!!
