Hi there,
I have a problem with charing my S8+ (which is currently running the latest Android OS), which is described as follows:
- My phone only charges when it's connected to the power socket, exclusively.
- My phone does not charge when I connect it to my laptop (despite using the same authentic Samsung cable). Neither my laptop nor my phone even detects a connection between these devices.
- I also tried connecting it my portable charger (again, using the same authentic Samsung cable), but it still doesn't charge. I assume that my phone will not charge unless it's plugged to a power socket.
Does anyone have the same issue with me and/or any solutions for this?
