S22 ultra won't work without pen?

Had a nightmare with this phone since May now, just won't work without a pen? Any idea how I can use my hand again, close to getting rid of it now.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried thus far 🤔  @natalie944 

i.e 

• Clear Partition Section of Cache Files.
• Safe Mode.
• Ensure phone's software and all apps are updated. 
• Back up and Factory Reset. 
• Samsung Service Centre. 

> Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

> Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

You need to explain more.... You can't make phone calls? Unlock phone with fingerprints?

I would take that to a Samsung store for someone to look at it, I would say contact support through the app, but if you can't use it at all except with a pen it would be too much of a headache
