Processing failed

I'm unable to log into my Samsung account on my new S8 plus to . I can loginto my Samsung account online, but on S8 plus I get a Processing Failed message, despite resetting my account several times online. It just won't accept the correct ID and password. I've searched the internet for solutions, but can't find anything that works! Any ideas?

Can you Factory Reset or Hard Reset the phone and then try inputting the Samsung Account in ?

Are you able to log into your Samsung Account on another phone ?

 

If this continues then before any returns period times out if this was my phone I’d either return it for a replacement or go to a Samsung Experience Store if you have one local.

In my case it was to many devices....I spent an hour setting and resetting the password still getting the error.  I then checked my devices, and I have devices back to 2014 - I had a similar issue with google play music and had to remove devices.  So I remove devices and "Bobs you uncle" I was able to log in, and no more "processing failed"
